Nike Air More Uptempo Surfaces in Black and Silver

A constant feature of the Swoosh’s year-round retro lineup, the Nike Air More Uptempo has enjoyed a long, strong run of colorways lately. It comes after a brief hiatus on the back of an epic push kick-started by a trio of Supreme collaborations back in 2017. With the hype significantly dried up, it’s enabled crips, clean colorways like this new Black/Metallic Silver More Uptempo to sneak into the hands of avid collectors unnoticed.

For this release, we find an all-black tumbled leather build set against stark contrasting white and silver selections. The former graces the mid and outsole, while the latter forms the bulk of the pair’s gaudy overlays. Both letter and its underlay arrive in a metallic silver finish, as to does the tongue tag, before muted saturations surface at select branding spots. Lateral ankle and heel jewel Swooshes are set in green, whilst forefoot, tongue, and underfoot Checks come tinted in mauve. The Air supports follow suit, before returning to vivid green insoles to complete the design.
