Its been a solid two or three years since we saw the silhouette in full effect, but with the return of the Olympic edition earlier this year as well as the rumored return of the OG Black/White for Holiday 2020 — along with a few drip-fed releases sprinkled throughout the year — it appears that the Nike Air More Uptempo is back in business. Now it appears in a Khaki edition for Fall, complete with some colorful Autumn accents.
Here, the pair arrives constructed primarily in Khaki nubuck, with matching mesh, liners, and elastics throughout. The signature profile lettering arrives outlined in a muted red, with the hue heating up the pair’s pulls, Air supports, and select Swoosh branding hits. Toe and rear Checks arrive in clean white, working in tandem with few pops of golden yellow to deliver the pair’s most striking accents. Completing the design is a sail and bone sole unit, the latter slightly flecked for an out-door inspired finish.
A release date for this Nike Air More Uptempo “Khaki” has not yet been set, though the timing of the official image leaks and its given color palate, it’s likely that we’ll see these hit Nike.com before Fall’s out.
