Aside from its cameo appearance on Cactus Plant Flea Market’s Air Force 1 By You, the iconic AIR-lettered More Uptempo has been noticeably absent from Nike’s roster for quite a while, but now fans of the Scottie Pippen sneaker can rejoice, with this all-new “Laser Crimson” edition available at select international stores now.
Underneath the obvious embellishments, the pair arrives just as the OG pair does; black nubuck uppers with white Swooshes, murdered-out sole units, and white trimming around the lettering — the only change to the base is a quick hit of tumbled leather on the tongue. It comes capped off with an airbrush-like effect in Laser Crimson around the outsole and within the lettering panels.
