The nostalgia associated with Nike Basketball's archive has allowed the Swoosh to reissue some of its most iconic designs multiple times, selling out product despite debuting it decades ago. In some occasions, the Oregon-based company reimagines classic silhouettes for the modern era, producing styles like the Air More Uptempo Low to mixed reviews.

A more casual iteration of the iconic hoops model designed by Wilson Smith II, the sneaker was introduced to the market via a collaboration with AMBUSH. Follow-up releases, however, have favored inline production, ensuring the low-top Air More Uptempo consistently delivers fresh new looks for fans of the reworked basketball silhouette. Ahead of autumn, the lifestyle-focused offering has surfaced in a near-tonal "Baroque Brown" color scheme, which complements the shoe's inherently rugged nature.

All of the bells-and-whistles that made the Scottie Pippen-endorsed sneaker a hit in the 1990s return on the Low, with the exception of the taller collar. Pulls tabs on the tongue and heel have been reworked, while the giant Air text on the profiles also gets a material update. Visible Nike Air cushioning reprises its role, connecting the brown-colored retro to the design's rich past.

Enjoy official photos of the "Baroque Brown" Air More Uptempo Low ahead. Pairs are expected to hit Nike.com throughout fall for $160.
