The Nike Book 1 "Lilac Bloom" Releases July 18

After a brief hiatus, the Nike Book 1 is set to make a vibrant return on July 18th with the introduction of the "Lilac Bloom" colorway.

The "Lilac Bloom" diverges sharply from earlier versions which featured greyscale and neutral tones. Instead, this iteration embraces a bold pastel palette with soft lavender hues enveloping nearly the entire shoe. From the mesh quarter panel to the suede mudguard and extending through the mid and outsole, the "Lilac Bloom" brings a fresh and lively aesthetic to the basketball court.

In addition to its striking color scheme, the "Lilac Bloom" reflects Nike’s ongoing experimentation with materials in the Book 1 series. While mesh, suede, and leather remain standard components, the series has previously incorporated more exotic textures like fur, snakeskin, and crocodile, making each release a unique exploration of style and functionality.

As the NBA offseason heats up, the Nike Book 1 "Lilac Bloom" is perfectly timed to catch the blacktop season.
