It’s now well-and-truly evident that the Nike Dunk will be playing a big part in Nike’s plans for the foreseeable future, with the silhouette’s catalog filling up to the brim with releases for the second half of 2020 and well into 2021. From the return of 2001’s Japan-exclusive “Samba” to OG High reissues in 2021 — and a slew of hyped-up collabs for Holiday 2020 — it should come as no surprise that there’s even more in store. This time, though, it’s more exclusives for the ladies to go along with their seven Low options previously previewed here. For now, the focus shifts back to the High, with a brand-new Nike Dunk High “Team Red” on the way.
Arriving in the staple leather construction, the pair will arrive with smooth sail leather uppers, with overlays and outsoles arriving in a deep red — almost burgundy — hue. Sail tongues, laces, and liners complement the pair, while tongue tags pop in the titular color.
