In the ever-evolving world of sneakers, the Nike Dunk Low remains a vital cornerstone of the Swoosh's design ethos. Though it's often at the forefront of the brand's most experimental designs, Nike seems equally ready to embrace nostalgia, delving back into their illustrious history to resurrect iconic styles from the past several decades. Of these, the CO.JP (Concept Japan) releases have been generating significant buzz, with a second design from the series now confirmed to return in 2024, 1999's "Ultraman" release.

The "Ultraman," with its "Metallic Silver" and "Varsity Red" colorway, was previously incorporated into Nike's VNTG collection in 2011. Yet, its original design, echoing the silver and red tones of the iconic 1960s Japanese sci-fi character Ultraman, has never been reissued in its authentic form. This much-anticipated revival aims to faithfully replicate the details of the once Japan-exclusive style from 24 years ago, introducing it to a global audience.

Additionally, rumblings suggest the "Plum" Dunks are also set for a 2024 return.

Expected to be released on Nike SNKRS and selected retailers on May 3rd, 2024, we can enjoy the official images below, a nostalgic reminder of Dunk Low's enduring legacy and influence.
