With the Autumn season approaching, your favorite footwear brands are preparing a slew of your favorite silhouettes in seasonal schemes. Arguably the most popular for fall is the “Wheat” color scheme, which has found itself here on the Nike Dunk Low “Quilted” — but it’s not quite as you’d expect.
Dressed from toe-to-tail in wheat-colored leathers, the pair works with both quite and lightly tumbled finishes. The former is employed on the upper, complete with debossed Nike motifs, whilst the overlays indulge in a more traditional finish. Everything else up top is tonal, from the laces to the nylon tongues and liners — even the brand marks. Underfoot is a different story, with clean white midsoles and semi-translucent gum rubber outsoles rounding out the design.
Though a release date for this all-new Nike Dunk Low “Quilted” is not yet known, it is expected soon; likely to form part of the fall catalog.
