Ain’t nothing stopping the Nike Dunk’s momentum in 2022, with the silhouette about to embark on another year chock-full of releases, from skatable SBs to the all-new Disrupt 2 silhouette. Forming the bulk of the schedule will once again be the Sportswear Low, but it won’t all be two-tone, smooth leather releases, with a slew of special-edition deliveries set to take over the seasonal schedule. Now, after revealing itself in a duo of colorful concoctions, the Nike Dunk Low “Sun Club” has surfaced in a third Shark-themed release for Spring.
Like the aforementioned pairs, this too features a construction riddled with burlap, sustainable leathers, and Grind Rubber soles — though here it presents in a much more muted aesthetic. Though it works in sails, tans, and golden wheat, it’s still playful and whimsical thanks to its Shark Fin Swoosh motif at the midfoot in a striking black-ink finish. Its simple sail and gum sole unit marries well with the upper, and the pair is completed by Sun Club-branded tongues and insoles.
