Nike's 22 & 29-Inch Hardshell Suitcases Will Make You the Talk of Any TSA Line
Nike, Inc. might've started as a running shoe company 61 years ago, but the Oregon-based institution has since become one of the world's biggest companies thanks to its diversification of offerings. Ahead of the Holiday 2025 season, the Swoosh is further reimagining a segment of the consumer goods space with the introduction of a hardshell spinner suitcase in at least three different sizes.
Backpacks, duffel bags, and other carrying cases stamped with swoosh logos or Just Do it messaging aren't new, but rugged, airport-appropriate luggage in 22, 26, and 29-inch configurations haven't been seen before from the brand. A thorough Google search for "Nike suitcase" brings up countless results showcasing similar softshell items that speak to Nike's experimentation over the years. The newly-surfaced trio, however, is a proper, well-built collection for those looking to rock the Swoosh even when 30,000 feet up.
Unsurprisingly, the design team in Beaverton, Ore. reference the iconic Air Force 1 for its new luggage series. Bruce Kilgore's basketball shoe proposal famously draws inspiration from the U.S. President's Air Force One plane, so the model's appearance on the Hardshell Suitcases makes perfect sense. Its radial outsole pattern is etched onto the luggage's underside while a single swoosh is stamped into the plastic front.

Inside, the suitcase is divided into two main compartments, which are accompanied by a series of smaller sections secured via straps and zippers. A nylon material lines the entirety of the luggage's insides, boasting thank you for flying nike air messaging. The phrase plays with the brand's most recognizable cushioning solution: Nike Air. The Air Force 1 includes such technology within its midsole, but running shoes from 1987 introduced the first outward expression of the cushioning, dubbed Air Max.
All three sizes of Nike's Hardshell Luggage arrives with a sticker pack that nods to the radial pattern on the bags' undersides, Fly Nike! branding accompanied by a shoe-like airplane, and the Nike Country line from yesteryear that retroed a cowboy belt in July.
Enjoy detailed shots of the swoosh-branded trio of bags ahead. All items should release via Nike.com before December hits to ensure you can travel for the holidays in style.
