The Nike JA 1 “Trivia” Comes Covered in Morant-Themed Questions

Arguably the most anticipated debut signature sneaker of Nike Basketball’s next generation of talent, Ja Morant’s Nike JA 1 has quickly risen to the top of people’s priority list. With DNA similar to the Kobe and Kyrie lines — both of which no longer produce new models — it’s easy to see why. The market-preferred low-cut, responsive Zoom Air cushioning underfoot and lightweight uppers align with the aforementioned signature lines. Add to that Morant’s exciting on-court play and larger-than-life personality, and you’ve got a bonafide best-seller. His debut “Day One” colorway will be first, but shorty after, a second release will take place, with the Nike JA 1 “Trivia” confirmed for a May 4th release.

Though there’s a slew of colored accentuations, the bulk of the build arrives in “Phantom,” namely across the forefoot and mid-panel. Colorful trivia question then cover the purple insole and heel, with said colors bearing a resemblance to some of the most popular board games in history. Bold green Swooshes double-up as a rear pull, with blue heels and liners, and gold tongues and outsoles rounding out the design.
