Thursday’s the day!
There’s not one, not two, but three pairs of Kevin Durrant’s Nike KD 12 for the EYBL — and we’ll be seeing two of those hit a retail release this month, with the “Teal Tint” and “Barely Volt” editions set to land at retailers next week.
While both sport vibrant color palates, they both offer completely different vibes. the latter pair rocks an airbrush-like finish, moving from color to color, shifting in both hue and vibrancy. But it’s not just the upper that sports this effect, with the tongue, midsole, and laces each repping the same finish. The former more of a patchwork-like makeup, with clear, distinct lines, blocking and prints, including polka dot and Hawaiin-styled finishes at the heel.
EYBL branding hits both pairs at the heels officially linking the pair to the collection. Underfoot you’ll find speckled midsoles and solid peach outsoles, and three-color midsoles and translucent outsoles respectively completing the designs.
Both pairs will be arriving at select Swoosh stockists like Eastbay on July 18th, so take a peep at both pairs below while you wait out next Thursday’s release.
