Nike Basketball continues its annual Halloween tradition with a bone-themed twist on the KD 18. Following in the footsteps of the popular “Skeleton” Air Force 1 series, this spooky edition taps into Kevin Durant’s “Slim Reaper” persona with a haunting skeletal hand graphic stretching across the upper.
The design features a black mesh and synthetic base layered with a pale bone-like hand that wraps from forefoot to heel, mimicking X-ray visuals from previous holiday drops. The eerie handprint plays off Durant’s longtime nickname while nodding to Nike’s Halloween back catalog. A bone-colored Swoosh on the heel and translucent outsole complete the look. While not officially confirmed, the pale detailing is expected to feature glow-in-the-dark properties.
Performance stays intact with full-length Zoom cushioning, offering the same elite-level responsiveness as the rest of the KD 18 lineup.
Enjoy a first look at the pair below ahead of the Nike.com release on October 21. The shoe is priced at $170.
