The Nike Kobe line’s relationship with China Basketball has always run deeper than standard regional exclusives, and this new Nike Kobe 3 Low “CHBL” continues that tradition with one of the silhouette’s cleanest looks yet.

Arriving in a frosted mix of jade green and white, the pair immediately separates itself from the louder launches that have helped introduce the Kobe 3 Low throughout 2026. Instead of leaning on aggressive graphics or bold storytelling cues, this release feels refined — almost ceremonial — with translucent mint overlays wrapping the engineered mesh upper and metallic gold branding elevating the otherwise icy presentation.

The connection to the Chinese High School Basketball League remains central. “Touch The Line” graphics appear across the fiery red insoles, while CHBL-inspired iconography sits opposite Kobe’s Sheath logo underfoot. For longtime Kobe collectors, it’s another continuation of Nike Basketball’s ongoing relationship with youth hoops in China, one that has consistently produced some of the most thoughtful regional Kobe releases over the years.

Visually, the shoe almost feels like a spiritual evolution of the Kobe 6’s lightweight shell concept, translated through the Kobe 3 Low’s futuristic lattice framework. The semi-translucent cage gives the silhouette an almost liquid appearance, especially when paired with the icy outsole and muted jade finish. Gold heel Swooshes and tongue logos round things out with just enough contrast without disrupting the calm palette.

Performance-wise, the Kobe 3 Low continues to build momentum as one of Nike Basketball’s premier low-cut options. Between constant on-court visibility, strong player adoption, and increasingly experimental colorways, the silhouette is quickly carving out its own lane within the broader Kobe franchise.

Expect a global release for these sometime over the sumer of 2026.
