Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Black Snakeskin” Surfaces

With hoops season about to tip-off, Nike Basketball is set to unload more iterations of the re-teched Nike Kobe 4 Proto. Next up for the low-cut crep is a black-based silhouetted decked out with faux snakeskin uppers — a nod to the Black Mamba, of course. The material covers the toebox, tongue, collar, and heels, with complimenting black nylon mid panels and plastic heel clips completing the black-out base. Pops of University Gold and Aurora Green adorn the split Swoosh and tongue logos, as well as alternating on the lateral and medial upper eyelets. Sole units arrive split, too, with black loading up the heels and gold at the toe, and the pair is complete with hits of Aurora on the insole and outsole Swooshes.
