With the 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend on the horizon, Nike Basketball is preparing to release a vibrant new edition of the Kobe 6 Protro. Dressed entirely in “Safety Orange,” the eye-catching colorway is expected to release on July 18, aligning with the league’s annual mid-season celebration.
The pair features the Kobe 6’s signature scaly, snake-like upper—this time rendered in a bold monochrome orange. Metallic silver accents hit the Swoosh and Tongue logo for added contrast, while an icy translucent outsole rounds out the design with a modern edge.
This release also continues the brand’s recent wave of WNBA-aligned product stories, echoing Kobe Bryant’s long-standing support of women’s basketball. That connection is further highlighted by the inclusion of an Off-Court Slide counterpart in the same colorway, giving fans multiple ways to rep Mamba’s legacy during All-Star weekend.

The Nike Kobe 6 “Total Orange” will be released on July 18, 2025, for a retail price of $190.
Alongside the Nike Kobe 6 “Total Orange” sneaker, a matching 8P Basketball, Offcourt Slide, and apparel collection is expected to release.
