The Kobe news continues to roll in today, with a third Kobe retro earmarked for release in 2021, this time being the Kay Yow classic “Think Pink” Kobe 6.
Originally released in August 2011, Nike’s “Think Pink” Kobe 6 was one of a few special-edition pink pairs that dropped in collaboration with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund to raise both funds and awareness for Breast Cancer. Now, for the sneaker’s 10th anniversary, the sneaker will be reissued in Protro format. Like the other Kobe 6 releases previewed today in the Grinch and Del Sol, first looks at the pair are yet to surface, but we are expecting a 1-for-1 replica of the OG, including Pink and White uppers, Metallic Silver heel clips and tongue branding, and Bold White Swooshes and midsoles.
Take a peep at 2011’s pair in detail here below, and keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for first looks at this year’s reissue, a confirmed release date, and a full store list for the drop!
