With stealthy “Triple Black” and traditional “Bred” arrangements already revealed, King James’ nineteenth signature sneaker is poised for a breakaway start. But it appears that these won’t be the first pairs to drop, with the previously-teased Nike LeBron 19 “Space Jam” readying for a release in early October.
Unveiled alongside the colossal Nike and Converse x Space Jam: A New Legacy collection earlier this year, one was wondering just when the signature LeBrons would surface. With the remainder of the pack dropping back in July, it’s taken nearly three months for the first of two expected LeBron 19 “Space Jam” releases to arrive. The first, a colorful orange and blue pair, is yet to arrive, but we won’t have to wait long for the white/blue render to release, with official images making themselves known.
Here we see a predominately white-based release that features uppers and tongues of technical inspiration, with the former covered from tow to tail in a semi-translucent white mesh sheath. The use of translucent continues to the midfoot and ankle guards which arrive in milky-white, while teal blue trimmings also opt for a semi-see-through finish. More teal blue hues can be found at the tongue liner, laces, and rear pulls, as well as the outsole which prefers a darker, bluer tint. Just above, the midsoles and Zoom Air supports focus on white, with the pair completed by special-edition Space Jam graphic insoles.
