The Nike LeBron 23 was only recently unveiled, but it's already being considered one of the line's best by netizens across social media. As shared by the Nike Basketball team, the latest silhouette for LeBron James will tell 23 different legacy-defining stories throughout its lifecycle. The "Miami Twice" colorway recalls the Ohio-native's back-to-back NBA Championships and Finals MVPs with the Miami Heat.

Whether or not you followed professional basketball at the time, James' move to the Heat in 2010 made a considerable amount of noise. His second season with the Florida-based franchise saw "the kid from Akron" finally lift up the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy. "King James" also lifted the coveted title the following season, earning a consecutive NBA Finals MVP nod as well. His "Miami Twice" Lebron 23 honors these occasions.

As is the case with the "Grand Opening" LeBron 23, the sneaker's Crown Containment System is prime real estate for the story-driven release. A pearlized, iridescent finish takes over the technological feature, working with a jeweled reverse swoosh on the lateral heel and semi-translucent pink outsole to bring eye-catching tones into the mix. The upper's textile part opts for a navy color that sees Miami-appropriate palm trees stitched around the tongue. The tongue rounds out the color palette in a yellow-and-orange duo that further recalls James' time in SoFlo.

Firm Nike.com release details for the "Miami Twice" basketball shoe have yet to be confirmed by the brand, but that's expected to change by October. While you wait, enjoy early shots of the sneaker ahead.
