The Nike NDSTRKT AM95 “Neon” Releases Stateside Next Month
Do people even wear their kicks anymore? When I was a kid, many, many years ago, we’d thrash pairs beyond recognition. Memories were made, and forever associated with a certain shoe. The Air Max 95 was one of many memorable trainers for me, and with the OG Neon retro arriving next month, I couldn’t be more excited – though this time around, I won’t be battering them up. These new Nike NDSTRKT AM95s, though, will be copping some serious beat downs — and they’re definitely built for it.
The winterized option of the Air Max 95 for 2020-21 is defiantly the most robust release we’ve seen this year, with Master Chief-like armor incarcerating an upper of enhanced ballistic mesh and water-resistant nylons. With the removal of the traditional overlays, we can now see the full length of the ribbon eyelets that reach down to stow beneath the upper. Midsoles remain unchanged, though it is equipped with thicker tread. You’ll still find branding in all the same slots, as well as 3M reflective panels down the tongue and heel, and the pair is complete with a set of striking neon insoles.
Grab a first and official look at the debut Nike NDSTRKT AM95 “Neon” here below, and you’ll find these arriving shortly, with pairs already locked in for a November 30th release in Asia, with a wider release expected in Europe on December 17th, the same day as the OG.
Some retailers have already announced their plans, and more are expected to follow through over the coming weeks — so stay tuned for further additions to our where to buy guide for the release.
Update 01.08.20 // After dropping in both Asia and Europe late last year, Nike US has just announced its plans for a Stateside release.
