The Nike SB Dunk Low has long proven its resilience—riding the waves of Dunk popularity while still holding its own. And while hype has cooled slightly from its peak, there’s arguably never been a better time to pick up a pair, with plenty of SBs lingering on shelves. That said, the upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low “Persian Violet” likely won’t be one of them.
Drawing clear inspiration from 2020’s fan-favorite SB Dunk Low “ACG Terra”, this new edition serves as a spiritual follow-up—again tapping into Nike’s rich ACG heritage. Like its predecessor, it features a black suede base and overlays dressed in a rich purple tone, accented by a bold red Swoosh at the midfoot.
However, this release isn’t a one-to-one repeat. The red Swoosh here is built in leather, while other small but notable changes include a blacked-out midsole, classic gum rubber outsole, and a mix of red laces and purple liners that lean further into the rugged outdoor-meets-streetwear vibe.
With its clean color blocking and deep-rooted callbacks, the “Persian Violet” Dunk is shaping up as one of the more compelling SB drops in the months ahead.
Enjoy a first look at the pair below, and stay tuned for more release details as we head toward Holiday 2025.
