Ishod Wair and Nike SB have used their partnership to not only innovate for the sport of skateboarding, but also tell compelling narratives through product. The latest iteration of the SB Ishod 2 recounts all the pool halls the New Jersey-native has visited for competitions.
Unofficially dubbed "Billiards," the newly-surfaced pair features a "White" base that sets the stage for patent leather overlays and other details clad in hits of "University Red/Amarillo/Navy/Black." The Wair-branded silhouette could easily be mistaken for a simple multi-colored makeover, but a quick glance at the insoles reveals the sneaker's inspiration. A pool stick hitting a colorless ball into five different billiard balls (spelling "ISHOD") are printed onto the footbed, matching the colors found throughout the Air Max-donning shoe.
Enjoy official photos of the latest Ishod 2 ahead. The multi-colored style should release via Nike.com and select skate shops by November.
