Nike, Inc. is ready to start 2026 with a bang, unveiling handfuls of footwear styles rooted in the impending Year of the Horse celebration.
Numerous pairs had previously been previewed by Jordan Brand for the occasion, but now Nike Sportswear is joining the fun. Officially marketed as a "Lunar New Year" (LNY) capsule, at least six different options for Men and Women will land ahead of the changing of the Chinese Zodiacal calendar. Most offerings indulge in soft shades of "Phantom," "Linen," or "Sail," but an LD-1000 interrupts the trend with its eye-catching "Team Crimson" presentation. Nevertheless, the half-dozen set sees ornate swooshes, winged-horse imagery, and other special touches that are firmly rooted in Lunar New Year festivities.
Two Air Force 1 makeovers appear as part of the collection, a favorite of the Sportswear team. Peter Moore's Dunk Low also makes an appearance, as do the P-6000 and Field General.
Enjoy official photos of the "Year of the Horse" lineup ahead. Pairs are expected to launch via Nike.com on Friday, Jan. 9. Some styles are already available at retailers like Shoe Palace.
