The Nike Terminator High Takes on a “Black Boot” Aesthetic

Though it’s known mostly for its heritage-inspired colorways, the Nike Terminator will also open the door to alternate looks in 2023. From low-tops to this “Black Boot” design, the retro hoops shoe is poised to make a splash on the streetwear scene in the immediate future.

Ditching the model’s classic collegiate charm, the pair prefers a triple black build in nylon and shaggy suede, with heavy-duty elements also implemented. From eyestay hardware to rope laces and a ballistic mesh panel in the back, the pair does it’s best impersonation of a classic outdoor boot; Traction underfoot remains unchanged, though, indicating that the pair is half functional, half for show; Regardless, it will be a fine addition to a late-winter/early spring rotation.

Expect to see pairs of the Nike Terminator High “Black Boot” arrive at select retailers and Nike.com on May 19th for $135.
