Nike Football's beloved Tiempo series is getting an update to welcome 2026.
Today, the brand introduced the Tiempo Maestro, an all-new pair of boots rooted in Tiempo heritage. A series of innovative elements across the upper and sole unit, however, unlock new tools for the game's creative attackers, enabling them to demonstrate their brilliance on-the-pitch.
The Nike Tiempo Maestro's design can be broken up into three distinct areas: fit, touch, and traction. Techleather construction across the upper leads the charge, demonstrating the brand's pursuit of an improved K-leather replacement. The material was tested by dozens of athletes, who co-signed Techleather's buttery softness and performance benefits. The new material works with an integrated knit collar and eye-stays for dynamic lockdown and a glove-like fit, which both enhances the feel on the football and helps with comfort across 90 minutes.
Underfoot, the traction setup includes bladed teeth with twisted conical studs that perform when the game is on the line. Players like Jamal Musiala can turn quickly, as well as accelerate and decelerate on a moment's notice, without losing control as they look to attack the pitch.
Nike's Tiempo Maestro—as well as new Tiempo Ligera, Tiempo ReactGato, and Tiempo StreetGato—release globally on Jan. 22, 2026 via Nike.com and select retail locations.
