If there’s one thing Giannis Antetokounmpo’s signature line is not short of, it’s inspiration. Since day dot, the Zoom Freak lineage has been subject to some pretty creative and oft-personal colorways — though how this next Nike Zoom Freak 2 “Lotto” links back to two-time NBA MVP is unclear.

Again the Freak line looks to Jordan Brand colorways past, this time drawing from the like-titled Air Jordan 3 collaboration from Sole Fly, pairing whites, oranges, and yellows for that lotto card vibe. Here, though, they’ve gone heavy on the use of black, found at the liner, heel, and forefoot, while the introduction of pink gradient into the upper makes these feel even more SoFlo than the Miami retailer’s collaboration from 2014. Anchoring the colors back to the theme is the obvious graphic medial panel that shows semi-scratched game panels that read “WIN” and “$$$”.
