Nike's Zoom Vomero 5 is no longer the brand's recommended trainer for high mileage, but it continues to form an important part of its product catalog.
Since its debut at the turn of the 2010s, the silhouette has been lauded for its comfort. Cushlon foam and Zoom Air units came together to create a style that was easy on the feet whether training for a marathon or running errands around the city. This focus on cushioning is what's helped the retro runner explode in popularity amongst non-runners over the last two years. Additionally, a healthy mix of color schemes have allowed folks of all preferences to find something that works for them. A newly-surfaced "Light Orewood Brown/Crimson/Black/White" option repackages heritage from the design's original run for a modern audience without sacrificing all the elements that made it successful in the first place.
