Nike Sportswear is set to take over the spring and summer seasons. In addition to launching some of the brand's most iconic designs in their original colors, the lifestyle arm continues to imagine full collections rooted in playful ensembles and themes. Case in point?: A Kids' Vomero 5 inspired by the growing 'Mushroom Kingdom' collection.
Set to launch alongside the Air Force 1 Low, the newly-surfaced pair draws inspiration from nature. Its 'Light Armoury Blue/Sail/Ashen Slate/White' color scheme distances the sneaker from its performance origins, while embroidered snail-like figures on the forefoot cement its place in the aforementioned collection. Non-standard labels on the tongue are accompanied by unique lace fasteners that breathe new life into the 14-year-old design. Pull tabs at the heel also assist with easier on-and-off accessibility.
Footbeds are stamped with a thematic mushroom character, rounding out Nike Sportswear's latest easy-going offering.
