Nike's Vomero 5 may be rooted in performance-running, but it's now firmly a stylish and comfortable sneaker for all. Its latest retro run has been particularly enjoyed by women, whom are bound to get more colorways ahead of Summer 2025.
Since its debut in 2010, the Nike Vomero 5 has leveraged years of Research & Development from the brand's Running department into a reliable product. Folks might no longer be cranking out miles in the sneaker, but they continue to enjoy the silhouette's Cushlon cushioning and breathable upper. Vibrant, retro color schemes dominated the model's original run, but reissues have indulged in experimental makeovers replete with lifestyle-focused finishes. The latest pair for women arrives in a clean 'White/Phantom/Summit White' update.
Akin to past releases, the Zoom Air-assisted sneaker takes on a predominantly-'White' look across its upper and sole unit. Profile 'cages' introduce a light brown into the mix, which also animates part of the midsole underfoot. Cushlon foam revert to a pristine makeover, while the waffle-inspired traction enjoys two shades of a gum brown that's popular amongst Nike Sportswear's summer offerings.
