The modern day Nike Monarch finally releases this weekend.

The unofficially labelled modern-day Monarch, the M2K Tekno, finally makes it’s retail debut this weekend.

We first saw these modernized dad-shoes during John Elliott’s 2018 Fall/Winter 2018 show at New York Fashion Week earlier this year – but it’s only now we’re getting the first pairs hitting shelves.

This sought-after men’s pair in White/Red-Blue edition will have to wait though, as we’re getting three killer women’s pairs — “Phantom,” “Pink Foam” and Black/Volt — dropping on May 5.

Hypebeast has snapped detailed images of the shoe worn, ironically, by John Elliott himself.

Stay tuned for a release date on these, but if you can squeeze into smaller sizing, the women’s pairs will all hit Nike.com this weekend.
