This Zoom Spiridon has international inspo

In time for the World Cup.

We’re edging closer and closer to the long-awaited return of the World Cup, this year hosted in ice-cold Russia. And with any big event, you can be sure than Nike are right behind it with a celebratory silhouette, and for the 2018 World Cup, it looks to be the internationally-known Nike Air Spiridon.

The basic white and grey base is wrapped in flags from nations across the globe, most of which appear to be competing at the Cup — although I don’t see my home nation Australia present, but then again, I’m not holding much hope on making it past the group stages. It’s completed with iridescent Swooshes, basic white midsole and a milky-translucent outsole.

While we don’t yet have an official word from Nike on the tie-in to the Cup, we’re putting two and two together. Stay tuned for more deets.
