Update 12.10.19 After a small-batch release of the blue and red-popped pairs earlier this year, Undefeated has now hinted at a wider release of their Nike Air Max 90 collaborative capsule, including the yellow and green accented pairs from the second half of the collection. The LA-based retailer took to the gram to share this teaser images below, with the caption ‘Nike x UNDEFEATED Air Max 90. Coming Soon.’ More information will arrive over the coming days, so stay tuned into our Twitter Feed for further updates!
Update 09.24.19 The first half of the collaboration, including the Black/Solar Red, White/Solar Red, Black/Blue Fury and White/Blue Fury have now been officially unveiled and — after originally being pegged for release on September 20th — will now arrive at select Swoosh stockists and Nike SNKRS on October 25th. Three remaining pairs (White with Opti Yellow and Black & White with Green Spark) are still to be revealed, but you can peep the Black/Opti Yellow here. Stay tuned for more on those pairs, as well as updates to retailers that will be stocking the four pairs below.
LA’s UNDEFEATED has been responsible for some of the most memorable and iconic collaborations in Swoosh history, and now, joining their recent Kobe Protro 4 collaborationcomes the first half of an epic eight-piece pack of UNDEFEATED x Air Max 90s for Fall 2019. Originally reported for release early next year, UNDEFEATED quashed the rumors late last month and teased it’s Nike Air Max 90 collaboration (below)
Shortly after, the retailers dropped a full teaser, showcasing the sneakers in all of their glory. Switching things up, they’ve ditched the classic materials in favor of all-over tumbled leather, as well as removing the molded “AIR MAX” logo which sits above the profile air units. In the rear, Nike Air branding is replaced by the brand’s iconic 5-stroke logo, and completing the design is a modified toebox and the addition of an extra mudguard overlay.
