Veneda Carter Unveils Nike Air Max Muse Collab

Born in Denmark and based in Los Angeles, model and creative Veneda Carter has been at the center of a number of footwear project rollouts over the last two years. For those in the know, the 30-year-old has been a figure to reference for over a decade, but the masses have only recently gotten hip to the stylist through her work with Kim Kardashian, Timberland, and Nike.

Throughout the Air Max 95's 30th anniversary, the Swoosh conglomerate has tapped Carter to help promote its Big Bubble offerings, going as far as seeding her one of the earliest "Bright Mandarin" retros. The European influencer, however, has recently diverted her attention to promoting her very own collaboration with the brand, which reimagines the Air Max Muse in two color schemes.

Officially clad in "White/Hyper Pink/Cargo Khaki/Velvet Brown/Metallic Silver" and "White/Racer Blue/Metallic Silver" color medleys, Veneda Carter's inaugural sneaker project with Nike keeps the silhouette's blueprint intact. Instead, she applies her elevated taste and affinity for pushing boundaries to the sneaker, bringing golden aglets and eyebrow-raising color-blocking to the linkup. The LA-transplant unveiled her impending duo by providing detailed shots of the "White/Hyper Pink" style, which includes the latter tone at its Air Max unit.

A full backstory to the collaboration has yet to be shared by either party involved, but the swoosh-branded pairs by Carter breathe new life into Nike heritage.
