Back in June last year, Virgil Abloh broke the internet with his efforts on the Paris Fashion Week runway. As it turns out, the late founder of OFF-WHITE saved his best for last, with his epic 21-pair Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 collection to be his final for the fashion house, as per his request.

Included in the mid-2021 showing were countless new colorways of Lows and Mids, all reminiscent of the early 2000’s bootleg era. From traditional brown and tan LV tumbled leather offerings, to subtle debossed leather and colorful canvas creations, Virgil has managed to miss in several different stylings, all of which are linked by the designer’s signature “AIR” midsole print and tack-stitch Swooshes.

New information has since come to light, indicating that pairs will begin to release in April 2022 at select Louis Vuitton locations, with retail price points starting at a crazy $2000. There is said to be an option to also purchase the special suitcase packaging. Though all of this information is yet to be officially announced, you can expect to hear an official word soon — and we’ll be sure to keep you updated right here on the official HOUSE OF HEAT Twitter account.

Until then, enjoy a detailed look at a handful of the runway kicks here below, as well as a just-added “Triple Black” LV x Air Force 1 Mid.
