Nike Kybrid S2 “Pineapple” Arrives in Full Family Sizing on October 30th

As a follow up to 2017’s Kyrie S1 Hybrid, Nike will be looking to deliver a second in the series, with the all-new Nike Kybrid S2 Hybrid for 2020. Much like its predecessor, the Nike Kyrie S2 Hybrid features design elements from Kyries kicks past, this year focusing on the Kyrie Four, Five, and Six. Staring at the base is the Nike Kyrie 4, in which the pair’s sole unit and forefoot is derived. The Kyrie 5’s famous Flytrap lace cover rides the vamp and throat, while the rear-end is ripped straight from the Kyrie 6. Having already appeared in two debut colorways — a monochrome mash-up and a vibrant USA Tie-Dye — a third “Pineapple” option has arrived.

A perfect concept for the hybridized sneaker, the pair ushers in not only elements from Kyrie sneakers past, but also colorways, with notable releases like the Kyrie 5 “Sponge Bob” at the ankle, the Kyrie 4 “Lobster” at the liner, and more recently, his Kyrie 6 Leopard at the heel.
