The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Chinese New Year” Will Finally be Releasing

Late to the party.

Adding to Nike’s ever-growing catalog of Chinese New Year releases is their most iconic sneaker ever, the Air Force 1.

This Uptown is set to celebrate the Year of the Pig through Chinese-inspired gold prints covering its satin and snakeskin upper. The popping yellow Swoosh logo arrives with oversized exposed black stitching, adding some much-needed contrast. Other details include branded tongue labels and a classic white rubber sole unit.

Update 04.01.19 Official images of the Air Force 1 “CNY” have finally landed, after the pair was a no-show during February’s Chinese New Year celebrations, indicating a release is right around the corner.
