Reebok’s strongest suit is undoubtedly its retro hardwood catalog, with the brand once at the pinnacle of on-court footwear during the early 1990s. With big names and bold designs on board, none quite matched up to big Diesel and his debut Reebok Shaq Attaq— that was until the Shaqnosis and Question came along. With the latter two already serving the market steadily, the final pillar of the big three models will finally make its return — and it does so in its OG duds.

Still ranked amongst the best signature sneakers ever, the Reebok Shaq Attaq first launched in O’Neal’s 1992 rookie season. Like the big man’s indefensible aggression, Reebok served up an equal-mannered design, with striking color contrast, a bold design, a high rise, and the brand’s marquee Pump technology, the shoe was bound to be a success. It was, of course, helped along by Shaquille’s utter dominance for the Magic over the proceeding seasons.
