Nike is throwing it back to their vintage “Have a Nike Day” campaign in 2019 after it resumed it’s position in the spotlight thanks to Round Two frontman Sean Wotherspoon’s iconic take on the Air Max 1/97 silhouette.
This collection continues on from their throwback-themes, which saw 2018 go H.A.M. on the brand’s most memorable campaign, “Just Do it”. And whilst “Have a Nike Day” is lesser known on a broader scale, it’s just as memorable to Nike heads the world around.
The sneakers included in the pack so far include four of Nike’s finest; the Air Max 90, Air Max 97, Air Max Plus and the Air Force 1. And they’re about to be joined by another, in the form of an Air Max 95.
Surfacing today are two new colorways for the 95, both arriving in a mix of suedes and heavy-duty textiles. First up is a bold 90s colorway rocking a mix of Lavender/Peach/Teal-Black, the other set to arrive in a tonal blue colorway, working from mid-blue shades to light. Both pairs arrive with “HAVE A NIKE DAY” imprinted on the insoles, along with the campaign’s iconic smiley face cheekily peeking back at you from the tongues.
Take a quick look at both pairs below:
