The Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4 might still be looking for a first-place finish within this year's Abbott World Marathon Majors, but it continues to help non-elite runners across the globe set new personal bests—and it's doing so in style.
Previously seen in understated makeovers, the Three Stripes' fourth Adios Pro marathon racer has recently appeared in a bold 'Flash Aqua' makeover. The impending ensemble resembles some of the vibrant colors that've landed on the Evo SL training model. Profile 3-Stripes across the LIGHTLOCK-assisted upper introduce wilder 'Lucid Lemon' flair that'll ensure all eyes are on your feet while you clock in mileage.
Underfoot, the tried-and-proven LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam reverts to the titular aquatic tone, while bits of the upper's iconic stripe logo prefer a shimmering 'Silver Metallic' finish. LIGHTTRAXXION outsole opts for a semi-translucent look, while the single piece of Continental rubber underneath the big toe keeps things loud in the fluorescent yellow hue.
Enjoy official photos of the predominantly 'Flash Aqua' pair below. Pairs should begin to globally roll out via Adidas.com by June. The marathon racer is priced at $250.
Outside of the Three Stripes family, the Nike VaporFly 4 promises a lighter, more competitive ride than its predecessor.
