The adidas Adizero Aruku has enjoyed a relatively quiet life cycle since rapper Gunna helped unveil it at the WIRELESS Festival in London last year. Recently, the model appeared in a mix of reserved and bold tones, expanding its roster of styles as 2025 gets going.

Rooted in adidas Running heritage, the Aruku is not a performance-model. Yet, its breathable, panel-heavy upper and nitrogen-infused SWIRLFOAM midsole are informed by the Three Stripes' industry-leading Research & Development team. The model's debut colorway borrowed from the legendary Adizero PR racing silhouette from the early 2000s. The latest 'Core Black/Pure Sulfur/Sky Rush' seemingly nods to the German company's performance products, but presents each hue in a new light.

Profile 3-Stripes, adizero text on the lateral heel, and zig-zag rubber traction indulge in a racer-friendly 'Pure Sulfur' – as has the current Adios Pro 4 marathon race shoe. Other accents throughout the pair are left to enjoy an equally-vibrant 'Sky Rush.' The remainder of the Aruku boasts either a matte black look or shimmering 'Metallic Silver' touch.

Check out official photos of the Three Stripes' latest Aruku below. A firm adidas.com launch should take place as spring gets going. The pair is priced at $140.

Away from the Adizero lineup, the adidas Samba Jane brings a fashion-forward, laceless update to the iconic football silhouete.
