Having been kicked off with an ultra-clean Prada collaboration late last year, the adidas Superstar’s 50th Anniversary celebrations are now well-and-truly underway. From Split-blocked bangersto Mickey Mouse collaborations, the Superstar has hit the ground running in 2020. Now we’ve got an exclusive preview at a handful of upcoming pairs for Spring Summer 2020, including a classics crossover pack, and a premium Snakskin series.
The former set of sneakers looks to other classic Three Stripe silhouettes for inspiration, including the Top Ten, Americana, Rivalry, Streetball and the previously-previewed Stan Smith “SuperStan”— each taking on their corresponding silhouette”s OG color schemes and branding hits on the heels. The premium python pack sees three options: fully-faux snakeskin paired with black, a white-based pair with snakeskin Three Stripe profile overlays, and a split black/white/Snakeskin pair that combines the two aforementioned.
