With adidas pushing even further into the realm of sustainable footwear, their iconic silhouettes are finding themselves at the forefront of their efforts. With the Stan Smith now completely sourced from sustainable materials, it won’t be long before the Superstar follows suit — and this almond-flavored adidas Superstar Vegan “Spilt Milk” brings us one step closer.

Anchored in a milky-white base, the pair’s color hits are used sparingly and subtly. Light tans and blues are the only extra hues, with the former covering the heel overlays, liners, and lateral SUPERSTAR lettering. Blue thread works into the rear Trefoil, with both colors converging at the tongue tag and insole. On the medial ankle is a motif of the titular spilled milk which is clearly almond, given the pair’s vegan status and the more obvious nutty inner tongue motifs. The pair then comes complete with a solid white shell toe and sole unit combo.
