Bad Bunny is shifting gears in his ongoing collaboration with Adidas, moving to a more performance-oriented model. The next release, the adiZero SL 72, takes the classic SL 72 silhouette and brings it into the present with modern enhancements while still paying homage to its roots.
The adiZero SL 72 blends old-school design with contemporary performance features. The upper stays true to the original's heritage, while the updated adiZero outsole system brings cutting-edge technology to the mix, ensuring top-tier comfort and support. Signature details like additional overlays on the toe box and heel provide a nod to the shoe’s performance origins, creating a perfect marriage of past and present.
Bad Bunny’s personal touch is evident throughout the design, with “Para Bad Bunny” text adorning the upper, stitching on the tongue, and extra branding on the heel, all contributing to a unique collaborative flair.
Three distinct colorways—“Off White,” “Maroon,” and “Blue”—are set to release in mid-December, and official images of all three pairs have now been revealed. The adiZero SL 72 marks a bold step forward in the Bad Bunny x adidas collaboration, bringing a fresh performance element while maintaining the personal touch and style that fans have come to expect.
Sign-ups for the Adizero SL 72 are available now on the CONFIRMED app and the adidas flagship stores. The shoe's will be launching in-store, on adidas.com/badbunny, and at adidas flagship stores on December 14th. The Adizero SL 72 will retail for $160 USD for adults.
