London born men’s fashion designer Craig Green often explores various concepts of uniform and functionality which have earned him an impressive resume of achievements including British Menswear Designer at the Fashion Awards 2016, 2017 & 2018. Now Green’s highly anticipated adidas revisit delivers a capsule including the classic Superstar and other visionary silhouettes.

This giant capsule drop from the aforementioned Craig Green x adidas collaboration is filled to the brim with goodness, featuring two colorways for each three-striped silhouette including the Superstar, Rivalry Polta AKH, and the Kontuur III. Firstly The Superstar, both colorways share an identical build with the upper comprised of a soft textile, a rubber sole unit underfoot, and exposed stitching to establish the shoe iconic lines such as the shell toe and three stripe branding. Delivered in two options, black with grey and green stitching and a lighter cream with red overlays, black and orange stitching. Secondly The Rivalry Polta AKH, unlike the previous duo the build over this next pair differs slightly. The all-white rendition constructs it’s upper using tonal white nylon that plays hosts to glossy patent overlays in sections and a cream rubber outsole. Alternatively, the “Core Black” edition features an all-over glossy patent upper and black rubber outsole, completing the duo is color-coordinated Craig Green dubraes. Last but not least the Samba inspired Kontuur III, sharing an identical build over the two colorway variations, we see a predominately synthetic upper that features suede overlays located on the toe cap, lace stays, and heel. At the foundation of the shoes sits a football-inspired rubber sole unit offering maximum traction. The two options include a “Legend Earth” colorway which varies only slightly throughout the entire design, and a silver and core black for the upper completed with a gum outsole.
