The Deadpool x Wolverine x Adidas Footwear Collection Arrives August 1st

As the Marvel Cinematic Universe gears up for one of its most anticipated crossovers, Adidas is stepping into the fray with a unique sneaker collection celebrating the iconic Marvel characters Deadpool and Wolverine. This collaboration comes just in time for the theatrical release of the new Deadpool & Wolverine film, underscoring the cultural impact of these beloved anti-heroes.

The collection features unique takes on the Adidas Rivalry Low for Deadpool and Wolverine, each designed to reflect the characters’ distinctive styles and stories. Deadpool’s version of the Rivalry Low is crafted in plush, rosy suede, complemented by black details that nod to his dark, edgy aesthetic. Speckled paint on the midsole hints at his chaotic nature, while a functional leather pouch attached to the shoe pays homage to his tactical gear.

Wolverine’s iteration stays true to his classic color scheme of yellow, black, and blue, a palette synonymous with the character long before his silver screen debut. The sneaker features the X-Men logo on the tongue and creative references to his adamantium claws through the design of the Three Stripes on the sides.

Additionally, the collection includes a pair dubbed “Kidpool” Forum Low, which might hint at a significant plot point in the upcoming film. This model sports a black and red palette and is adorned with comic-style graphics inside, making a vibrant statement suited for younger fans.
