Eric Emanuel Delivers Four College-Themed adidas Forum 84 Hi Colorways

Though they’re not quite as desirable as the true Player Exclusives, adidas has shown a penchant to deliver some of the best straight-to-market college kicks in recent times. While Nike tends to deliver performance runners in this space, the Three Stripes goes all-in on the Ultra BOOST, Shell Toes, and Forums. And to close out 2021, they’ve tapped New York athletic designer Eric Emanuel to collaborate on a capsule that celebrates a handful of the premiere adidas-sponsored colleges.

Highlighting ASU, Louisville, Indiana, and Kansas across four Forum 84 Hi’s, Eric aims to keep uniform with identical construction leather and chenille construction across the pairs, a centralization on aged-look sails, and a sprinkling of team colors and branding to boot. Indiana, Kansas, and ASU all rock an identical blocking, whilst Lousiville goes full Air Jordan 1, delivering a design that might have been, had Mike initially signed with his beloved Three Stripes.

The sneaker will also release alongside pairs of matching Eric Emanuel-designed shorts.
