France Celebrates "Le Crunch" Rugby Rivalry With Special adidas Capsule

Although adidas is hyper-focused on the impending 2026 FIFA World Cup™ tournament, the German sportswear juggernaut has found time to celebrate important milestones across other disciplines. Most recently, the Three Stripes has commemorated 120 years of France Rugby's rivalry with England with a special capsule collection.

Drawing inspiration from the squad's kit from 1906, the capsule sees "Clear Sky" and "Off White" finishes across a French terry jersey and shorts set, acrylic cardigan, and twill cargo pants. A Trefoil logo and French Rugby Federation (FFR) emblem share real estate across the front of all items, with both branding elements opting for elegant gold presentations.

The collection particularly nods to "Le Crunch," the historic rivalry between France and England in rugby. On-pitch heritage and fashion-forward aesthetics come together across the quartet of items, creating looks that are sure to be admired by non-rugby fans.
