The collaborative king is back with another fresh take on the adidas Terrex Free Hiker — and again we’re all in awe. The black-based, rainbow iridescent hiker was teased on the gram by Ronnie Fieg himself earlier this week, and was originally thought to be an exclusive for Kith’s pop-up ski shop in Jackson, Wyoming this week — but now it looks like we’ll be seeing a wider release this Friday.
I love this boot for so many reasons. Gore-Tex lined, Continental soles, Ripstop upper with branded hot melt, the iridescent heel clip, embroidered gilly lace system, and Boost technology. Terrex makes amazing outdoor product and I’m happy to see these collections evolve.
— Ronnie Fieg
Utilizing a perfect snow-contrasting all-black ripstop and Primeknit base, the pair applies tonal glaze overlays reading “KITH” at the midfoot, black BOOST midsoles and matching Continental rubber outsoles. Rainbow lacestays and accompanying iridescent heel counter arrive inspired by the wild sunsets over Wyoming’s slopes, and the pair is capped off with GORE-TEX lining, Terrex forefoot detail, and KITH-badged heels.
