Liam Gallagher x adidas LG 2 SPZL Releases This Week

Notorious British rocker, flagrant bad-boy, and life-long ads head Liam Gallagher will return to adidas to endorse another collaborative LG SPZL with this new colorway serving as a follow-up to his co-branded 2019 release.

Curated by Spezial line head — and Gallagher’s friend of over 20 years — Gary Aspden, the pair was first revealed back in April an exclusive concert in Blackburn’s King George’s Hall. Only now do we have a confirmed release — July 22nd — along with some hi-res shots of the collaborative creation.

Dubbed the LG2 SPZL, the pair continues along the minimal lines set by the preceding release, with archival lines and colors informing the design. “Endorsed by Liam Gallagher” portraits are printed onto the tops of tongues, while the Spezial line’s Mod Trefoil logo appears at the right shoe’s heel to complete the design.
