If October’s six-piece celebration of the Caped Crusader’s 80th Anniversarywasn’t enough for you Batfans, Chinatown Market has linked up with Converse to deliver two more tributing Chucks, each sporting their own unique finish.
One arrives in jet black graced with a Gotham City skyline printed overlay on both sides. The lateral, however, is illuminated by the infamous Bat Signal — and we mean that literally. The pair sports a glow-in-the-dark finish on the City’s call for help, along with select lit-up windows and the CM tongue branding. Completing that pair are special graphic insoles, white midsoles, and toe caps and black rubber outsoles. The second pair has got us seeing double (also literally) that is, until you pop on the included 3D-glasses. The white canvas pair sports all-over motifs from comics of years passed, including super villain Harvey dent and vintage logos. Like the glow pair, these also arrive with CM-branded tongues, graphic insoles, and white/black sole units.
Both pairs are now available right now, right here on FootLocker.com for $100, but you can expect other retailers like SNS to release them on December 11th.
